Cat E lives in the Ottawa area. She has read Tarot for 15 years but has just started to practice rituals that express her spiritual beliefs. She was a young contributor to "Twigs" magazine; contributed to the New England Regional Art Museum newsletter; and was a former visual arts editor for the University of Calgary's "Vox" radio guide.
