Eloissa Leonna

Eloissa Leonna is a healing practitioner and media artist. She is an ordained Spiritual Minister and certified Intuitive Reader. Eloissa has worked extensively in the arts in the United States, formerly serving as a performance curator for the Centro Cultural de la Raza; executive director of the San Diego Dance Alliance; and as a member of various boards of directors. She earned her M.A. in Education with an emphasis in counseling, from San Diego State University and an M.F.A. in Visual Arts with emphasis in film and performance studies, from the University of California in San Diego. She is currently at work on a video documentary about the life and teachings of a Mexican curandera known as Mother Sarita. Eloissa lives in San Diego, California.
