Tantra Bensko

Tantra Bensko is a spiritual teacher, healer, internationally published artist and writer living in San Francisco.

She scans the body and the subtle bodies and energy dynamics for not only physical ailments but emotional habit patterns, interferences from outside influences, blockages, and so on, and can send energy to help heal and transform the body and the life.

She likes to use Lucid Play methods in which the person is also fully involved in the process, going into deep states together through Tantric methods. She leads Lucid Play workshops in which all the participants are in deep meditation after Tantra Yoga and interact within that state in ways that teach new skills, allow fun divine love, and this performs a kind of quantum activism that affects the environment with the Maharishi Effect.
