It's with a great deal of joy that I set pen to paper today to prepare this editorial for the second edition of Body Mind Spirit Magazine.

The first edition appears to have been a great success.

Many people from across Canada sent in letters of congratulations and compliments on the inaugural edition. The subscription list is growing on a daily basis and a number of universities and libraries across Canada have linked to our online magazine. Even the National Library of Canada has set up space on their server so that the magazine can be housed for prosperity!

Putting together this second edition could not have been possible without the hard work of Deb Enzenauer who rounded up many enlightened writers to talk about spirituality. For many of us, this is not an easy subject to articulate. What we hold dear to us does not always easily translate to paper. Nonetheless, I think all the writers in this issue have done a wonderful job! Doug DeLong has given us a brief peek at the most ancient religions and spiritual beliefs of civilization. Shaman and teacher, Terra-Marlee shares her wonderful knowledge of the use of sage in spiritual matters. Additionally, channel Leanne Dalderis has given us some profound thoughts to contemplate from The Guides. The list goes on...

Having said all of this, I ask you to take some quiet time to read the many enlightening and life-enriching articles in this issue. I hope that they will touch your life and help to illuminate your greater purpose in your life’s journey, as they did my own.
