Mystic Message #168

Trust your own process and you will find your way.

Sometimes we have key relationships in our lives that are too damaged to be functional. The trust is broken and lost forever. When this happens you must move on. Whether you have lost the trust or broken the trust you have to remove yourself. If you have lost your ability to trust you will always feel insecure and mistrusting. If you have broken the trust you will continue in vein to rebuild it and inevitably become co-dependent. So many of us are afraid of being alone and so we learn to survive in great dysfunction. This is not the correct thing to do because we end up developing unhealthy behavior patterns. These patterns can actually become so engrained in us that we unconsciously act them out not only in these relationships but in other scenarios as well. Some families have passed on dysfunctional behavior patterns for generations.

The bottom line is that you can not change anyone but yourself. You have to learn to love yourself and take responsibility for yourself emotional. Try to become conscious of what you are doing unconsciously so that you can stop doing it. Get in touch with your suppressed anger so that you can release it in ways other than obsessive compulsive behavior. Learn to trust yourself and your own instincts. Get to know what you really want in life so you can be happy. Keep your world progressive and positive and eventually you will attract new and happy relationships.

On a soul level this type of lesson is very karmic and probably fated for your spiritual development. It is a difficult lesson meant to shave your aura like a razor blade and change your vibration permanently. It is important to take care of your self while going through this type of transition and to remember that everything happens for a reason. Trust that time brings change and with it new beginnings. Find comfort in the simple things in life and do something everyday to nurture yourself. It may take time for you to release this pain but try to find comfort in the fact that you are taking care of yourself.
