Gyrocise Will Fat You Free |

What if there was an exercise that could effectively engage all the skeletal muscles of the body in one coordinated super-movement while also putting the fitness enthusiast into a spiritual resonance and balance with the Universe? That is, making yourself one with the universe while simultaneously invigorating your physical self. Would this not be the ultimate exercise? So while it’s obvious that most exercises do result in observable physical benefits. What about that unintended residual effect which enhances our spiritual well-being? Well, with the GYROCISE technique, the physical and spiritual are brought together into one universal super- movement. By combining the three dynamic movements of the freestyle swim-stroke, wood chop axe-swing and the rowing stroke into one continuous and highly dynamic stroke or super-movement, the power of the universe is within our grasp. What this means is that for as little as one daily GYROCISE routine of no more than 20 to 30 minutes, a person can remain consistently fit and injury free from improper technique or over-exercising. There are several reasons why the fusion of three dynamic movements into one super-movement creates a powerful total-body cardio and strength exercise. However, by specifically engaging the shoulders, upper back, abdominals, thighs, buttocks and even calf muscles with one continuous and coordinated movement, the greatest amount of blood flow and respiration can be induced with least amount of strenuous effort. Another reason may be that instead of fighting gravity, as many exercises do. The GYROCISE technique pays homage to the planets in our galaxy, that are locked in perpetual orbit, by utilizing the force of gravity as a worthy ally. Making gravity a reliable friend allows us to play with its omnipresent influence. End result, this new found power that we gain from the force of gravity, propels us to achieve new heights of physical fitness; the only real fountain of youth. Now if you will, consider another dimension to this celestial analogy. When we view distant galaxies similar to ours, the detailed images reveal a constant balance of forces being played out between the angular momentum of the orbiting celestial matter and the attractive force that all matter generates through gravity. Peering at these dazzling images intrigues us with the conclusion that these are the same forces that also affect us right here, down on planet earth. And it is within this balance of revolving forces that the human species has evolved to perfectly thrive. This is, no doubt, one of the reasons why human beings have been endowed with the ability to perform amazing acrobatics and ordinary activities requiring revolving or circular, that is, rotational movement. Basically, we are not crude robots that lack the three dimensional, 360 degree flexibility and coordination, we take for granted. Indeed, we are like the dolphins of the sea or perhaps the predatory eagles of the sky, able to move with a natural fluidity that provides maximum physical translation of the immediate environment for absolute mastery and domination. With our mind and body fully wired for 360 degree Range Of Motion (ROM), the GYROCISE technique allows the human body to mimic the manner by which the universe operates. The resulting total mind and body collaboration acts to unlock that metaphysical door to our universal collective soul. But why is this relevant to your life? Well, for one thing, real or imagined stress that triggers our fight or flight reflex response, immediately releases minute chemical doses that spread rapidly into the blood stream and throughout the body. Unfortunately, many of these modern day stresses simply cannot be resolved with a fight or flight reaction. Accordingly, these small chemical doses are not burned or consumed in actual physical exertion. Instead, the doses linger, causing a prolonged chemical imbalance that persistently acts to defeat or upset the body’s natural homeostasis efforts. That’s why, physical activities like walking or running are so highly effective in neutralizing or counteracting the chemical imbalance. And thereby turning the negative energy into positive, health promoting energy. And it stands to reason that the sooner one can burn off or neutralize the stress-induced chemical overdose or imbalance, the better. After all, it is the chemical imbalance that’s most disruptive to the natural homeostasis balance and not the imagined recollection of the stressful encounter. And this is why the GYROCISE technique can be so effective. Anywhere or anytime someone is confronted by negative stress inducers, they can immediately burn off the excess chemicals throughout the whole body. Simply put, it's like picking up a sledgehammer every time you're angry as hell and just whacking the crap out of something. Of course, this form of chaotic, destructive behavior is not recommended. However, with the GYROCISOR and the GYROCISE technique you can literally, go berserk as often you like or have the strength and stamina to carry on. Then, when you're done just letting it all go, you simply feel real good because no one has been injured and nothing has been damaged or destroyed. In effect, by channeling those hostilities and aggressions through the GYROCISE maneuver you have just turned that all those negative agitations churning inside you into a positive, healthy flow. Also, because the GYROCISE technique requires both hands to grip the GYROCISOR. Keeping the hands spaced at a natural distance helps prevent ROM injuries because it limits the shoulders from severe or unnatural positions. Yet this ROM limiting mechanism does not limit the full range of performance diversity that’s obtainable through the exercise. And by which, the following four criteria provide the needed measurable elements for quantitative reliability. First we begin with the orbital radius of the GYROCISE that allows for a large degree of lengthening or stretching. Next, the intensity or speed of the GYROCISE orbit can also be varied from a slow, natural flow to a hard and fast revolution. Thirdly, the number of revolutions or duration can be as varied as the length of time a person may commit to walking or running. Which is of course always within the bounds of reason and prevailing health conditions. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the weight resistance of the GYROCISOR can be increased from 2.5 lbs up to hundreds of pounds. This really makes the GYROCISE Technique a great progressive resistance exercise for building strength. Now in regards to this final adjustable capacity, the physics behind using the GYROCISOR will help explain why heavy weights are not necessary. Without getting too technical, it concerns the angular momentum and kinetic energy of a rotating object. The kinetic energy of an object moving in a circular formation is expressed in the following equation: K=(.5)I (w )(w). It is called the rotational kinetic energy of the moving object. This formula involves the angular quantities, (I) Moment Of Inertia and (w) Angular Velocity. The squaring of the (w) component clearly demonstrates why speed is so influential in the GYROCISE Technique or routine. In layman’s terms, what this means is that by increasing the speed at which you GYROCISE, the force or weight you are using will increase proportionally. For example, if you double the speed of your GYROCISE it will feel as if the weight has quadrupled. That twenty pounds you’ve put on the GYROCISOR will be more like eighty pounds! Of course that would mean that the size of the GYROCISE orbit would remain unchanged. But since the angular momentum that a person would experience by such efforts is best represented by the fact that if a person were performing large orbital gyros, they could easily speed up the gyro by shortening up on the orbit and vice versa. Okay now, don’t sweat it. At least, not yet. Because you see, all this really means is that the GYROCISE technique can be easily adapted to an individual’s age, health, fitness or ability. And like the medicine ball and or other types of FST training, the GYROCISE techniques provides the healthy benefits of building core strength. That’s because when performing the GYROCISE technique, the individual must use his or her core muscles to stabilize their torso while maneuvering its dynamic rotational movements. But, you know what, I’ve said too much. For you to truly appreciate the amazing dynamic qualities of the GYROCISE technique, you do need to see it in action. So I invite you to visit stangobango.com and see it for yourself.
