Healing the World - One Person at a Time

We, the citizens of planet earth, are in a unique position at this moment in our evolution.

We have more ability to change our collective outcome, for the better, than we have ever had before.

The terrorists in the US have provided the impetus for us to clearly see that which has been shown to us a million times before.

What we can see clearly, if we look with our hearts, is that no amount of violence and force can subtract from the power that is within us all. That power is LOVE: Not love as a denial of truth, as in “act as if you love” in spite of feeling fear or hate, but rather, choosing to feel genuine love and finding ways to resolve fear and hate without doing harm. How this personal healing happens, is different for everyone.

Each of us has a different role and place in the collective we call humanity. Each of us has different things to learn, as well as different talents and abilities to contribute. My understanding of Core Belief Engineering has allowed me to super-impose that unique model as applied to one human being and all their parts, over the macrocosm of all of humanity.

Core Belief Engineering sees each individual as a composite of parts. These parts, work together to produce what we know as the personality. One could say that parts are compartments within the mind or aspects of the personality. Each part within a person has an established relationship with the rest of the parts and the mind. When a part has the same intent as the person does consciously, harmony exists within that person. Parts store sub-conscious programs that may be called into use by the conscious mind. Sometimes parts have learned or created programs that are not congruent with what the person currently desires. In this case, the part may seem to be sabotaging or acting against the person’s desires. What seems to be sabotage is, in reality, just a part following it’s own inner guidance and programming, thinking that if it simply does what it knows to do it will benefit the person in a certain way.

In a Core Belief process we work with one part at a time to remove unwanted programs and then take it back to a time when it finds within its own memory a completely open and loving base. From the feelings discovered at its base, after any unwanted strategies and beliefs have been transformed, this part is capable of seeing and supporting the best interests of the person. Happily, once enough of these parts have been reclaimed, all parts seem to come together in support and intent. This allows the individual to be fully in the present and to focus consciously on other issues in his or her life. This shift from unconscious to conscious existence leads to an interesting perceptual phenomenon. One way to experience this shift is in seeing that the PERSON now becomes a PART in the larger context or consciousness of the WORLD.

When we transfer this model from individual to our collective consciousness, the implications become rather challenging. If any person, (hereafter known as PART) does not appear to be acting for the highest good of all, it may be that the person’s programming is more powerful to them than their connection to their source. If the theory holds, as more PARTS remember their connection to the source, the easier it is to achieve collective harmony. Each of us has something of great significance we can do to achieve world harmony. We can heal ourselves!

Here are some correlations between the individual use of the model and its application to our selves as PARTS of the world at large:

  1. Every person can help change the world by finding their own connection to their open and loving base.
  2. Any person may let go of any beliefs, feelings and emotions that are not based on openness and love. The disaster in New York in September turned many hearts in this direction, even as others suffered in fear and hate. We are more awake now than we have ever been. It is becoming clear that counter attack will not solve this situation.
  3. The more we can connect to our inner resources of peace and love, the less room there is for anything else to exist. The more PARTS who do this, the closer we come to harmony for all. We can do something to help; we can heal this world one person at a time. What a wake-up call!

An efficient and powerful process for discovering and changing limiting core beliefs which may have been created as early as infancy. When new beliefs are chosen at the subconscious level, more happiness, empowerment, and choice are attained.
