What is Reiki?

Translated from Japanese it is: REI - Universal Life Energy, KI - Vital Life Energy

Stemming back thousands of years to the early Sanskrit sutras, Dr. Usui rediscovered this natural art of healing in the 1800's.

Reiki is a hands-on technique practiced on oneself and others to restore balance and harmony at all levels. It is gentle yet powerful, subtle yet effective.

Reiki Hands-on Treatments:

Enjoy a one or two hour hands-on treatment designed to relieve stress, relax the mind, increase strength and vitality, and restore balance and harmony at all levels.

Relax and invigorate through the power of essential oils. This treatment combines therapeutic grade essential oils with ancient Tibetan Vita Flex and massage techniques to being structural and electrical whole body alignment. This total experience is designed to leave you relaxed and refreshed.

Reiki Workshops

Reiki is easily learned by anyone. In a relaxed comfortable workshop setting, you will be attuned to and reawakened to your ability to create wholeness and healing at all levels.

Reiki can also be combined with other bodywork techniques enhancing all therapies and medical treatments.

Reiki is a very individual experience. Empower yourself and create your own well-being.

Reiki Level 1

Discover and experience attunements to Reiki, full body treatments, immune system and energy vortex balances and deep relaxation.

Reiki Level 2

Enhance your first degree experience and employ the use of symbols and vibrational resonances to further utilize Reiki for distance, mental/emotional and spiritual healing processes.

Reiki Level 3

This class is designed for those desiring to use Reiki as a practitioner or for advanced personal use. Additional symbols are learned as well as advanced techniques of psychic surgery and healing attunements.

All workshops can be arranged during the week or on weekends and usually encompass one evening and two full days. Other time preferences can be accommodated. Out of town and special group workshops are available upon request.
